Bidder registration and bidding happen at bid.landmanauctions.com, not on this site, so this policy does not cover them.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your mobile number if you choose to add it, when you sign up for the Lineup.
- Your name, contact details, and details about your property when you request a property evaluation.
- Your email address when you ask for a property packet.
- The campaign tags and ad click identifiers in the link that brought you here (UTM tags and click IDs from Google, Meta, and Microsoft).
- Your IP address and browser details, which our servers record in their logs.
How we use it
- To send the Lineup emails and texts you asked for.
- To answer your property packet and evaluation requests.
- To measure which of our ads and pages work.
Analytics and advertising cookies
On landmanlineup.com we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. They use cookies and similar tools to count visits, show how pages are used, and tell us when an ad led to a visit or a sign-up. These tools load only on landmanlineup.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We don’t sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site, send our emails and texts, and measure our ads, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Text messages
We text you only if you add your mobile number and agree to receive texts about the Lineup. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.
